ALaTurka is more than just a restaurant; it's a journey that began with Mehmet and his love for food, cultivated in his mother's kitchen amidst the warmth of family and the freshness of farm-grown produce. As the 3rd eldest of 9 siblings from a family of farmers in Gaziantep, Mehmet's passion for cuisine was ignited early on as he played a vital role in sourcing ingredients and preparing meals.
